Nestled in the heart of Chicago’s vibrant Streeterville neighborhood, this complete condo transformation was a secondary city residence. Designed as a retreat for our clients when they are in town.

The centerpiece of this remodel is the intricate, hand-laid tile work. From the vintage-inspired penny tile patterns that flow seamlessly from the bathroom floor to the shower ceiling, to the marble hexagon entryways. We integrated rich, custom walnut throughout the space including the fireplace surround with integrated shelving and custom bathroom countertop and medicine cabinet wall adding organic warmth. The kitchen was elevated with new cabinetry and a custom-built tufted banquette seating. The renovation was rounded out with new hardwood flooring throughout, a fresh coat of paint and upgraded millwork that honors the condo's architecture while feeling entirely new.
